Chinese Dried Black Fungus Wood Ear Mushroom for Asian Food Chewy and Exotic Texture
Black Fungus are known to be rich in calcium, phosphorus, and collagen, vitamin D. Also, it is easy to store when dried, so generally distributed in a dried form.
